Ultra Compact Design
While this system has been specifically designed for mini van applications, it's ultra- compact size means that in larger vans, the amount of space that it "doesn't take up" is absolutely amazing. The vacuum pump is placed behind the engine. This keeps the console narrow ("footprint" is only 20" W x 60"L and allows easy access to all components. The solution pump is positioned in the open, atop the vacuum pump and facing the left side of the system, allowing ease of access for maintenance.
Vacuum Capability of Your Choice
The Nemesis can come with either the MD Pneumatics' #3006 or #4005 vacuum pumps, giving you a choice of vacuum performance that's suited to your personal preference and work distance from the truck considerations. With the #3003, maximum recommended cleaning distance is 300 feet. With the #3006, it's 600 feet.
Unique Recovery Tank
This system includes an 80- gallon usable capacity space- saving recovery tank. The recovery tank (16" W x 56" L x 38" H) sits next to the system, resulting in an "overall footprint" of 38" W x 57" L for the entire system. However, the Nemesis' recovery tank is designed to be positioned along the backs of the seats, from the van door to the oppos ite wall, in an area that is wasted by conventional designs. Due to the unique design of the recovery tank, 7" of it’s effective width is under the seats of the van, resulting in an "effective system width" of only 31". The weight of the tank is spread across the van, so that the suspension system of the van is noticeably more balanced than with conventional designs, in which the tank is against the far wall.
Versatile
The Nemesis vacuum system can be utilized for flood damage restoration work by disengaging the solution pump. This is easily accomplished by turning the pump "OFF" with the flick of a toggle switch.
